If you hold real estate within your Vantage account, current year property tax invoices have been mailed from their respective counties. Whether you personally receive the tax bill, or it is received by our office, we need your assistance to facilitate property tax payments owed by your account. To ensure timely payment of your account’s property tax bill, we request you complete the following steps as applicable:
1) Submit our Payment Authorization Letter electronically or print it here to complete and submit to our office via:
Email: ClientService@VantageIRAs.com
Fax: (480) 306-8408
Mail: 8742 E Via de Commercio, Scottsdale, AZ 85258
2) If the county sent your account’s property tax invoice directly to you, forward a copy to our office to ensure timely processing of the invoice.
3) To verify your account has sufficient funds to cover payment of the property tax invoice, log into your account using our client portal.
4) If property taxes for the real estate asset held in your account are paid through a third party, such as a mortgage company, property management company, or HOA, contact our office to ensure the information is forwarded to the appropriate party.
5) If your real estate asset is held within your IRA-owned LLC, none of the steps above will apply to you. You can send a payment directly to the county from your LLC checking account.
Interest penalties from the county could be incurred if missing information renders us unable to process your payment. If all the above applicable items have been submitted to us, no further action is required.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at ClientService@VantageIRAs.com.
